Hi, guys. I just back from a family gathering and I am full beyond words. I just over-dosed on shrimp balls and I'm not feeling too well but luckily, I'm well enough to blog and sit up straight.
I don't know what it is with shrimp balls, but I can't seem to stop my self from going over to the table where they are at and grabbing at least two at a time even though I told myself five shrimp balls before that I had enough.
Shrimp balls turn me into a greedy man. Here's how everything went down. There was a tray full of shrimp balls when I first arrived. I picked out three of the most full and roundest shrimp balls I could find and went upstairs. A few hours later, my cousins and I went back down for more and there were only three left and there were five people to feed including me. I stalled for a bit and waited for them to go grab some plates for us and then I made my move. I took two and ran back upstairs. While eating, I saw that my little cousin didn't have a shrimp ball on his plate so I, out of pity, offered him one. He said "No, it's okay" and that's when my shrimp balls started tasting better.
